Bending Ball

Learning to hit the ball with both the inside and the outside of your foot will allow you to bend the ball regardless of which foot you have it on in your dribble. This skill will develop with time as your leg strength increases. It will allow you to pass the ball around defenders or have shots on goal while moving away from the keeper.
