In no event shall Studathlete.com be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or any incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of any services from Studathlete.com, or any use of or inability to use any services in Studathlete.com, or the performance or nonperformance by Studathlete.com of any recruitment or scholarship functions.  

Studathlete.com may link to other Web sites created and maintained by other public and/or private organizations. Studathlete.com may provide links to these sites as a service to our users. When users follow a link to an outside Web site, they are leaving Studathlete.com and are subject to the privacy and security policies of the owners/sponsors of the outside Web site(s).  The presence of a link is not a Studathlete.com endorsement of the site. Studathlete.com is not responsible for the information collection practices of non-Studathlete.com sites. 

All Member information (including email address, postal address, phone numbers, and information about child athletes) is collected by StudAthlete directly from its Members.  Studathlete.com is not responsible for any damages resulting from the disclosure of Member or child information on its message board.

Some states and countries do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental and consequential damages, so the above exclusions may not apply to you. If, however, despite the exclusions contained in this paragraph, Studathlete.com should be found liable for any loss or damage which arises out of or is in any way connected with any of the functions or uses of Studathlete.com’s Web site described above, Studathlete.com’s liability shall not exceed the amount of any subscription fees and/or service charges paid by claimant to Studathlete.com for the services with respect to which liability is found.

Members shall not post any advertisiments anywhere on Studathlete.com without express written permission from the webmaster. Any Member found to be in violation of this rule shall have their membership terminated immediately and without warning. This action, or any other that Studathlete deems appropriate, will be at the sole discretion of Studathlete and, in such an event, no dues, in any amount whatsoever, will be refunded to the Member, his or her parent or guardian, or anyone else under control of Member's account.

In addition to any other rights or remedies available to Studathlete.com, and without any liability to any user of Studathlete.com, Studathlete.com, in its sole discretion, may terminate or restrict any user's access to Studathlete.com at any time and without notice.   The user assumes all risk and responsibility for the use of materials provided on this Web site.  Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

Members should never give their password out for any reason. Members acknowledge that they are responsible for any activity on their account and, if they learn that their account information has been compromised, they should contact Studathlete.com immediately so the password can be reset.

Studathlete does not tolerate inappropriate material of any kind on this website. Anyone who posts material that could, in any way, be considered offensive to other Members or guests, shall have their membership terminated immediately and without warning. This action, or any other that Studathlete deems appropriate, will be at the sole discretion of Studathlete and, in such an event, no dues, in any amount whatsoever, will be refunded to the Member, his or her parent or guardian, or anyone else under control of Member's account. Anyone spotting inappropriate material on this website should report it immediately by utilizing the 'contact us' section of this website, located at the bottom of the homepage.

Anyone who posts illegal material to this website including, but not limited to: pornography, threats, intimidating statements, information on drug use and/ or possession, or sexual innuendo, shall have their membership terminated immediately and without warning and will be reported to the proper legal authorities. This action, or any other that Studathlete deems appropriate, will be at the sole discretion of Studathlete and, in such an event, no dues, in any amount whatsoever, will be refunded to the Member, his or her parent or guardian, or anyone else under control of Member's account.
