Q. Will I be noticed by coaches and recruiters?

A. StudAthlete has an extremely large database of recruiters and coaches. Keeping your information updated will improve your chances of being seen.
 

Q. Which drills will be tracked and documented?

A. Each sport tracks different drills. There are eight key measurements for soccer and baseball, seven each for lacrosse and volleyball. Click here for a detailed list.


Q. Why would I want the results from my drills to be tracked and seen by coaches and recruiters?

A. Historical results and the tracking of drills over time allow you to monitor your individual progression and see how you compare with others. Coaches and recruiters like to see your steady improvement in the athletes they recruit.


Q. Can anyone on StudAthlete see my profile?

A. No. Your profile is private and you can set your own privacy settings; we never show your address or name. Coaches and Recruiters can see portions of your profile and, if anyone wants to see your name or contact you, they will send you an e-mail which will be directed to your StudAthlete inbox. You can block certain people from viewing your profile as well.


Q. Can anyone sign up as a coach?

A. No. We only activate coach accounts after they send us their coaching license. They can upload their license or they can fax it to us at (602) 297-6921. We verify the license before sending them their account activation code.


Q. Can I sign up for multiple sports?

A. Yes! StudAthlete profiles accommodate multiple sports and the players’ profiles will have a separate tab for each sport.


Q. What are the benefits of StudAthlete if I am a student?

A. StudAthlete gives athletes a way to track progress and view a comprehensive summary of their talent. StudAthlete provides access to a one-of-a-kind database which allows athletes to see where they rank, athletically and academically, in comparison to teammates and other players from around the country. Also, recruiters and coaches can view progress and leave tips and tricks on how to improve. StudAthlete is a great way to keep in touch with teammates and track progress.


Q. What are the benefits of StudAthlete if I am a coach?

A. StudAthlete is a database full of tools that will help take your team to the next level. As a coach you can view your players’ profiles and track their progress. Also, you can comment on individual profiles with tips and practice suggestions that will improve their game. Registering with StudAthlete provides you access to players’ profiles around the country.
