Blackhawks Soccer Club Full of StudAthletes
ASUSC Blackhawks Soccer Join StudAthlete to assist in training all their student athletes.

Tempe, AZ – StudAthlete announced that ASUSC Blackhawks Soccer Club, one of the top soccer clubs in Arizona, has joined the StudAthlete team.  As participants in the StudAthlete program, the club will be able to track their player’s statistical progress in measurable drills.  Each player will have their own online profile and will have access to unprecedented data on statistics, drills, study tips and college teams.  As the student athletes get older, the website will assist the student athletes to develop a complete package to market students to colleges and universities. StudAthlete is aimed towards student athletes and the ability to parlay a love a sport into a college education.  The site is geared towards all student athletes and the ability to track measurable statistics in order to not only track their progress, but to compare them to their peers not only on their team or in their city, but with the rest of the state and the nation.  “You always see your child compete and play with the same group of players, so it is good to know where they rank against the players they don’t see” said Juan Galan, President of StudAthlete.  “It’s not that we don’t care how many goals you scored, but it is difficult to account for the competition for each of those goals.  You can compare how fast a player ran the 40 yard dash to someone in California, New York and Florida.”  StudAthlete has assembled an extraordinary database of statistics that establish a baseline for various drills and allows for coaches and college recruiters to not only view players that run fast and kick hard, but that have a good enough GPA and a high enough SAT to get into their institution.  Mick Reavey, Director of Coaching for ASUSC stated “We are very excited to become part of StudAthlete.  We will be able to track all of our players and tailor training programs for not only teams, but to individual themselves.  We truly feel that we will be able to monitor the progress of each individual and promote them to the college recruiters with quantifiable data to back up our assessment.”StudAthlete (www.StudAthlete.com) is a subscription based internet site geared towards student athletes.  It allows the student athletes to track their statistics from a young age to see their progression in certain drills and compare their statistics to their peers around the country.  The site contains all college teams in all the various divisions in their sport for them to research and find the right college for them.  The site also allows for high school and college coaches and to sort players by measurable to statistics and recruit based on verifiable to data.If you'd like more information about this topic, or to schedule an interview with Juan Galan of StudAthlete, please call 602-689-9451 or e-mail JGalan@studathlete.com.
