Throw to the Chest

exploit your strengths. overcome your weaknesses. measure your success.
Throw to the Chest

With two players standing about 50 ft. apart (distance should vary with age), one player throws a ball to the other, who catches it at his chest. Create a contest to see who can be the first to have ten consecutive good throws. Take points away for a throw that could not be caught.
