Sliding Practice

exploit your strengths. overcome your weaknesses. measure your success.
Sliding Practice

Sometimes, the difference between being safe or out is your slide. Learn to slide to both sides of the bag, which will give you the ability to read the fielder and slide away from the tag. You should also work on your pop-slides so, in the event the fielder misses the ball, you are already up and running to the next base.
