Long Toss

exploit your strengths. overcome your weaknesses. measure your success.
Long Toss

Two players, while warming up, back up to make longer throws. The object here is to accenuate good mechanics and ensure a good north-south spin on the ball. Throws need to be accurate, with less emphasis on a line drive throw. The purpose of this drill is to strengthen the throwing arm.
