Kneeling Toss

exploit your strengths. overcome your weaknesses. measure your success.
Kneeling Toss

With two players starting out about 20 ft. apart, have the righthanded players get down on their right knee and the lefties on their left knee. Players should throw the ball back and forth, working on hitting the other player in the chest with the throw and on getting on top of the throw and accentuating a good north south spin on the ball.
