Finding the Ball
Have a player turn his back to you, then throw the ball up in the air and yell "turn". The player needs to locate the ball in the air and move into position to catch it. This will be beneficial when a player is running for a ball and needs to look away from the ball to locate a fence, dugout or other objects and then find the ball again. Vary the height and direstion of the tosses.
